"So the Father is God, the Son is God, the Holy Spirit is God;Β and yet there are not three Gods, but one God." Every year on Trinity Sunday, we confess the Athanasian Creed. In that Creed, we hear about the Triune God: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Spirit. This is one of the more confusing aspects of Christianity: How can there be three persons but only One God? The Creed simply proclaims what the Bible clearly teaches.Β
